Kaiser
Kaiser is the new neighbourhood of
Modiin. Six years ago it was just a dream, the topography resembled
the moon more than a beautiful village style neighbourhood
consisting of pleasant architecturally designed houses and high rise buildings
like it is today. This
attractive neighbourhood borders Emek Zvulan on its
North East side and park
Anabe from the South along Shani Street.
The central area in Kaiser consists of beautiful spacious parks and
many different kinds of shops, eating places and medical amenities.
The population of Kaiser includes many Anglo new immigrants from the
UK, USA, South Africa, Canadians and Australians. The native Israeli
population is also
large and this means that there is a great feeling of communal
integration.
There is also a variety of people both religious and secular. There
are minyanim suitable for Ashkenazi, Sefardi, Moroccans and
Yemenites. The population consists of mainly young families, but there are
also many older families who want to live close to their families. Kaiser
is definitely one of Modiin's most popular neighbourhoods.
